My TDK cassette has malfunctioned. Do you offer a product warranty for defective workmanship? If so, how can I take advantage of this warranty?

Due to the high quality and reliability of our media products, all TDK audio cassettes come with a limited lifetime warranty. If we determine that your cassette is defective in materials and workmanship, it will be replaced free-of-charge. If, however, we find that your cassette is non-defective in materials and workmanship, the tape will be returned to you.
